Roasted New Potatoes & Peppers

Nothing in easier than this delicious side dish.

12    New potatoes, washed and halved
1      Onion, sliced into thin wedges
1      Ontario greenhouse pepper, cut into chunks
2      Tbsp olive oil
2      Cloves garlic chopped finely
1      Tsp rosemary
        Pinch salt and pepper

Combine seasoning and oil in a bowl or plastic bag. Add vegetables and coat evenly.Place in an oven-proof dish and bake in a 375 F oven for 40 minutes.
