White Beans With Tomatoes And Garlic

How easy is this? Try it and see! 

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 sliced onion, 2 tsp sage, 3 cloves garlic (minced), and 1 tbsp water. Cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 5 minutes. Stir in 1 can of white kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 3 Ontario greenhouse tomatoes (cut in chunks) and ¼ tsp each of salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.
