Savory Tomato Flat Bread

Looking for something quick, easy and delicious to eat? This dish has ingredients that are always in your kitchen.
1-1/2 Cups biscuit mix½ Cup grated parmesan cheese
½ Tsp dried oregano
1 Egg, beaten
½ Cup milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
2 Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
Dried basil
Salt and pepper
Additional grated parmesan cheese
In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, parmesan cheese, oregano, egg and milk. Spread over the bottom of a greased 12” pizza pan and brush with butter. Top with a layer of tomato slices. Sprinkle basil, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper over tomatoes. Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
