No Cook Tomato Soup

Make soup in a blender? You bet!!!

4    Large Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, cored and chopped
½    Cup thinly sliced celery
¼    Cup chopped onion
1    Clove garlic, crushed
1    Tsp sugar
1    Tsp Worcestershire sauce
½    Tsp hot pepper sauce
¼    Tsp salt
       Pinch of black pepper

Garnish with thin slices of Ontario greenhouse cucumber, chopped chives or green onion.

In blender or food processor, process the tomatoes until smooth. In a large bowl, add tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, sugar and seasoning. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with sliced cucumber or other garnish. Makes 4 servings.
