Tomato Tapas

When you want just a little taste of something special, this recipe is for you.
Drain marinated artichokes, reserving the liquid.
Drizzle marinade over thick slices of Italian bread.
Chop artichokes and place on bread. Cover with chopped Ontario greenhouse tomatoes and cheese slices.
Bake at 425 F for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into squares and serve as appetizers.
