Feta Topped Tomatoes

A nice, light and tasty side dish to accompany any meat.
4 Ontario greenhouse tomatoesWhite wine vinegar
Dried oregano leaves
1 Cup crumbled feta cheese
4 Tsp olive or vegetable oil
Ground black pepper
Slice each tomato into ½” thick slices. Overlap slices slightly in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with vinegar and oregano. Top with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with olive or vegetable oil.
Place dish 5-7” from preheated broiler and broil until tomatoes are hot and cheese starts to brown (approx. 7 minutes). Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
