Cucumber Cocktail Sandwiches

The fresh taste and crisp texture of Ontario greenhouse cucumbers adds a lift to everything!
To 1/2 cup of shrimp, chicken, ham, egg or salmon filling, add ¼ cup of finely chopped Ontario greenhouse cucumber. Spread on thinly sliced cocktail sandwich bread. Chill until ready to serve.
