Cucumber Buttermilk Salad Dressing

All you do is push a button to make this wonderful dressing.

3/4    Cup mayonnaise
3/4    Cup buttermilk
1/2    Ontario greenhouse cucumber, sliced
1       Clove garlic, chopped
1       Tsp Dijon mustard

In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
