Chilled Cucumber Soup

It's the perfect time to prepare this wonderful meal.

2    Ontario greenhouse cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2    Cups plain yogurt
1    Clove garlic, minced
2    Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried dill)
1    Tsp vinegar
1    Tsp salt
2    Drops hot pepper sauce
4    Ice cubes
½    Cup chopped walnuts
   
In a blender or food processor, puree cucumbers, yogurt, garlic, dill, vinegar, salt, hot pepper sauce and ice cubes until smooth. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Sprinkle each serving with the chopped walnuts. Makes 6 servings.
