Parmesan Tomatoes

A simple yet elegant side dish that complements anything!
   
4     Large Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, cut in half
¼    Cup butter
½    Cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼    Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1     Tsp dried oregano
   
Place the tomatoes in a casserole dish, cut side up. Top each tomato with a dab of the butter.

In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and top each tomato with cheese mixture.

Cook on High in the microwave for 5 minutes or until topping begins to melt. (Do not overcook as tomatoes will become too soft.)
