Hot "Taco" Dogs

Looking for something new for those hard-to-please kids? This is a winner!
1 Ontario greenhouse tomato, seeded and chopped
½ Ontario greenhouse cucumber, sliced thinly
1 Cup lettuce, shredded
1 Cup shredded cheese
1 Cup salsa
4 Hot dogs
4 Hot dog buns
Place the tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cheese and salsa in separate dishes. Cook your hot dogs anyway you like, and place in the buns.
Serve and let the kids pile on their favourite toppings. Enjoy!
