Bulgarian-Style Summer Soup

Some crusty bread and cheese make this a perfect meal.
    
1    Cup plain yogurt
1    Cup water
1    Small Ontario greenhouse cucumber, grated
1    Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2    Cloves garlic, chopped finely
¼    Cup walnuts, chopped finely
2    Tsp extra virgin olive oil
      Salt and pepper to taste
    
Mix the yogurt and water until smooth. Stir in all other ingredients except the olive oil. Mix well and chill for 1 hour. Drizzle the olive oil over the top when serving.
