Stuffed Avocado Seafood Salad

A welcome surprise to any meal!
   
1     Cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
1     Cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
¼    Cup Ontario greenhouse cucumber, diced
2     Tbsp mayonnaise
1     Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
¼    Tsp paprika
      Salt and pepper to taste
4    avocado
   
Mix together the crab, shrimp, cucumber, mayonnaise, parsley, paprika and salt & pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove pit. Scoop out ½ of each avocado half, chop it and add to seafood mixture. Spoon seafood mixture into the avocado. Serve immediately.
