Tomato Vinaigrette

Easy and delicious.
2 Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 Tsp fresh basil, chopped
1 Tsp fresh thyme, chopped
½ Tsp mustard powder
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high for 30 seconds. Transfer to a jar. Seal jar and refrigerate up to 3 days.
