Cucumber Salad, Korean Style

Add a bit of snap to your plate with this new version of cucumber salad.
   
1     Ontario greenhouse cucumber, thinly sliced
1     Green onion, thinly sliced
1     Small carrot, grated
¼    Cup rice vinegar
¼    Tsp black pepper
½    Tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
2     Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
   
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
