Greenhouse Pepper Wheels

Try these! Easy to make and wonderful to eat!!
2 Ontario greenhouse red peppers
2 Ontario greenhouse yellow peppers
2 Ontario greenhouse orange peppers
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 Cup butter, divided into 3
1 Tbsp ketchup
½ Cup blue cheese (Roquefort is good)
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the tops off the peppers and remove seeds. Set aside.
This recipe gives 3 fillings for the peppers – try one or all!
1) Mix one package of cream cheese, 1/3 cup butter, 1 tbsp ketchup and salt & pepper.
2) Mix ½ cup blue cheese, and 1/3 cup butter
3) Mix one package of cream cheese, 1/3 cup butter, and salt & pepper
Fill the peppers with the fillings (one filling for each colour of pepper). Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. When chilled and set, remove from the refrigerator and slice. Place on plate and serve.
