Chef Salad, Asian-Style

What a wonderful way to serve up a nutritious, delicious salad!
    
4      Eggs, hard boiled and cut in half
12    Oz linguine noodles, cooked and drained
2      Tsp sesame oil
8      Oz ham, cut into thin strips
1      Ontario greenhouse red pepper, cut into thin strips
1      Ontario greenhouse cucumber, shredded
½      Head lettuce, cut into thin strips
8      Oz. mushrooms, thinly sliced
2      Carrots, shredded
    
Toss the cooked noodles with sesame oil and arrange on  4 individual dinner plates.Divide all other vegetables into four portions and arrange on the plates around the noodles. Use your favourite salad dressing. Enjoy.
