Seafood Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Make a double batch of these. They will be the first to go!

20     Ontario greenhouse cherry tomatoes
½      Cup crab meat
½      Cup cooked shrimp, chopped
½      Cup mayo
1/3    Cup sour cream
         chives
   
Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Mix crab, shrimp, mayo, sour cream and chives together in a bowl. Spoon mixture into the tomato hollows.
